“It has been found that musical vibrations make their impact upon the entire body, being picked up by the nerves, spinal column, and even by the bones. This is why people who are deaf can react to music. It has also been demonstrated that music affects the pulse, respiration, and blood pressure; but its deepest effects, and those from which most of its curative properties are derived, are mental and emotional”
— Doren Antrim (Music Is Medicine)
“The Medicine Man occupied the honored role of priest and physician to his tribe. They understood that healing was done by the intercession of celestial spirits. Music was used as the bridge between these planes. Thus we see why music was religious in nature, and music was looked upon as a sacred art”

GM Belle. Just a thought I wanted to share with you.
I’ve been listening to a lot of singing bowl pieces by different artists on my meditation app. I learned to listen to bowls from you and let me tell you that you have set a very high bar.
I’m beginning to notice the styles of different bowl players. Some hit the bowls too hard and the sound is jarring. Others too fast and it’s unsettling. I’m starting to understand the fine art and balance of how these bowls are played. And you are a gifted player.
I am so grateful that you share your gift with us.

I felt entirely bathed in light full of positive energy.

I went in and out of consciousness & sleep states.

It felt incredible! It goes deep inside!
Wow, that is good stuff!

2x my limbs felt thick & then they were gone… because they were literally weightless!
